Roman retreats to a foreign world Thomas doesn't know is in his own head after yelling at the father figure in distress. Virgil witnesses the interaction and, after finding the cause of it, runs after the prince to comfort him for a reason not even he understands.
[This is my first Prinxiety Fanfic I've written, so sorry if it's bad!]

"Confrontation" -A Prinxiety Fanfic
Virgil has always tried his hardest to stay out of the the way of the others in the mind scape, to not cause any problems. He was a very nonconfrontational person, after all. But sometimes, confrontation seemed to hunt him down. ' "And lastly, it really comes down to who's more experienced." I smirk a bit at him and bite my lip, smug as he stares back at me. Roman seems to lean in a fraction of an inch, still not breaking eye contact. Then his eyes flicker over my the rest of my face breifly, and my breath catches in the back of my throat. ' ★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★ This story is of everyday life in the mind, and draws inspiration from a lot of books, including, but not limited to, "THE QUIET", "Stitched", and "far too damaged", along with references to other books I have read in my previous fandoms. This was kinda odd for me, writing in Virgil's point of view, mostly because I like to stray very, VERY far from the whole, "dayum they're hawt... Woit wat?" Kinda stuff. But Virgil is kinda, y'know, anxiety... Either way, I still tried to keep it on a restraining order, minimum distance of 40 ft. ;P. However, there definitely was some internal conflict going on. Prince Roman of the Ironfelt Kingdom is well known for being a heroic, flirtatious man. Everyone respects him, and sees him as a mighty hero, however as much of a hero he is, he's lonely. His only real friend is his Royal Assistant Logan Crofters. Lord Virgil Anxiety of the Dark Forest is the ruler and protector of the dark forest. He's known more as a legend/myth to everyone outside the dark forest, or as a evil, vious ruler. But to the creatures in the forest, he's a kind, lonely protector that just needs a little love. His only friend is a village boy that visits him named Patton Morre. Two completely different lives, but maybe, just maybe one completly similar love. #1 in Prince Roman and Winged Virgil(July 16, 2019) (I do not own Roman, Virgil, Logan, Patton or Deceit. They all belong to Thomas Sanders. Ocs may be presented at certain times but only for plot reasons, such as Roman's parents, or townsfolk.)
