Aveline: Because of problems at home with her father and his girlfriend, 16 year old Aveline moves to America and stays with a host family of 6, including the giant dog. She goes to a normal American school in North Carolina, but doesn't have enough credits to pass, so she has to do volunteer work. She ends up working at an animal shelter in town and meets a sweet boy there. She vowed not to date any boys in America, but will he steal her heart?
Noah: Typical all-American boy Noah has a lot more to deal with than meets the eye. His father recently got leukemia and it's tearing his family apart. He's also second guessing his choice in his group of friends. What gets him through everything is being at his favorite place everyday, the animal shelter. Is he ready for another curve-ball to be thrown into his life when a mysterious french girl moves to his town and volunteers at the shelter?

Daniel is your typical high school football player; he's got the looks, the muscles, talent, and even the overbearing dad who wants him to go pro. Daniel, however, really couldn't care less about a career in football, he loves the game, but it's his dad's dream for him to go pro, not his own. At least not anymore. He spends most of his free time away from his house and hanging out at either the Thomas or the Copperfield house. He can't wait to go off to college with his friends and get away from his dad and the stupid little town he grew up in. How will things change for them over the next year? This will be a series of 4, but the other books will be spin-offs and can be read as stand-alone books. They will, however, be published in chronological order. Full warning, this book is much shorter than I intend on making the spin-offs. I was planning on writing book two as the first in the series but found myself needing more of a prequel to all three other books, and so I chose to write something from their high school years.
