Noah, a 19 year old boy, is studying to be a doctor and if not that, a nurse or a caretaker. His mother unfortunately passed away due to cancer and his dad is in Australia, trying to save up money to get back to USA, Tennessee where this fictitious story is set. Noah tries to go to a coffee shop, The Woodlands, at 6am everyday to study but struggles due to insomnia. He lives in a apartment with his childhood friend, Diana, to keep him company and so he doesn't have to pay as much rent.
