This story is set in the near future, royalty was gaining too much power so the government set up the match program to limit their power. A royal was matched with someone from the royal guard so that royals couldn't marry other royals.
 Both attending Dolloway Academy for royalty and nobility. Clarisse was born into a royal family, the Dayton royals.  Aidan comes from the Markov family, a family that has served in the line of royalty as the royal guard for generations. At Dolloway Academy there is a match program for the royalty and royal guard students. The match program matches a student from both royalty and the guard.
 Students learn what's needed for life after the academy, they a few normal classes but they focus on classes  like politics, manners, etiquette, dancing, et cetera. follow Clarisse and Aidan  as they learn what is expected of them and struggle with their place in the match program. Follow the story that has romance and action
