Star Guardian Lux has been having a hard time at school, and an even harder time on the nightly patrols. Honestly, she just wants to be left alone for a while. Too bad Ezreal can't take a hint, and bugs her into going on a date. Turns out that may have been what she needed all along.

But the work of a Star Guardian is never done. Ezreal and Lux will either overcome their challenges, or be torn by them.

To Stand Against the Light of the Sun

15 parts Ongoing Mature

Luxor is the perfect utopia, except for the fact that its King is experimenting on teenage war prisoners unbeknownst to its citizens. Solana has spent her entire life in captivity. She can't remember a time when she wasn't encased within the same four strikingly white walls, or being angrily yelled at, or violently tased, or poked and prodded like an animal behind bars. She can't remember what she looks like or even the sound of her own voice. So when she is seemingly rescued from her prison by one of the overseeing scientific researchers, she can hardly hide how ecstatic she is at being able to experience the 'real' world for the first time in eighteen years. Together with the researcher who rescued her, and his royally attractive nephew who seems to be hiding his own secrets, Solana navigates Luxor's unfamiliar futuristic society. However, her euphoria is short-lived as she slowly begins to understand the larger political scheme she and the others she was held captive with are part of. Because, despite what the King might have his citizens believe, Luxor is on the verge of collapse and Solana was to be the 'cure.' But now that she has escaped, there is no length the King won't go to in order to prevent his nation from falling. Started: January 1, 2024
