After Mikey sees a shadow at TCRI and his brothers don't believe it is anything, he can't stop thinking what it was. TCRI is also making plans for something big. But the turtles can't find out what so they go into TCRI to investigate. When Mikey sees the shadow again in TCRI he follows it. Mikey is starting to think that the shadow is connected to the kraang's plan someway. Now all he needs to do is found out who or what this shadow is.

It wouldn't be surprising if Leo got some unneeded criticism from his older brother, Raph, after Leo suddenly became the leader of him and his brothers. Mikey was always the one who tried to make things better, but he noticed things between them all have changed. Donnie is more obsessed with his lair and invention. But the odd thing is that there is more to the mutant than meets the eye. For one, she's a mutant turtle hybrid and is living on the streets of the surface.
