After Mikey sees a shadow at TCRI and his brothers don't believe it is anything, he can't stop thinking what it was. TCRI is also making plans for something big. But the turtles can't find out what so they go into TCRI to investigate. When Mikey sees the shadow again in TCRI he follows it. Mikey is starting to think that the shadow is connected to the kraang's plan someway. Now all he needs to do is found out who or what this shadow is.

From Japan, Shredder brings Tiger Claw with him, an assassin that becomes Shredder's second in command and it is no secret that the sisters are familiar with Tiger Claw. In an effort to bait the turtles and Splinter, Shredder takes Karai hostage and threats to mutate her, while he wishes to mutate the turtles into snakes but something else takes place instead. These challenges are only the beginning for turtles.
