President Reagan and his vice president squares off with the President of Venezuela as Venezuelan rebels attacks and take over the US Embassy in Venezuela, holding the embassy personnel hostage in the process. But the rebels has a far more sympathetic reason in taking over the embassy than initially thought by the Intelligence Community. But the similar incident also brought back a painful encounter that Vice President Isabella has experienced before becoming a government official.
