James Walker, fellow zoologist and former 'monster-hunter', finds himself reunited with his seven-year-old best friend, Carter Griffin, who wants to go on one more monster-hunt with him. After what happened all those years ago, James didn't think he would return. But now he's back - and when the hunt goes horrible in the most terrifying way, it is left for James to figure out what is really happening.
