After a tragic past Gracie Jones was in and out of foster homes her entire life.
That was, until, she was adopted by a loving family she grew up with.
Now however her family can't afford to take care of her, and she is thrown back into the care system until they can work off their debts.
Now she has to deal with probing social workers, debts she has to help pay off if she ever wants to go back home, a household of troubled kids who don't trust her, but she also has to live with the ridiculously good looking bad boy who publicly humiliated her best friend.
Not only is he in the room next to her, but he also happens to enjoy blasting insufferably good music at the ungodly hour of 2am.
Although Gracie wants to be anywhere but Prairie Hill care home, that doesn't mean she isn't going to take advantage of the oppurtunity to finally get back at the evil that is Jake Everly.
Gracie might not be perfect at a lot of things, but when it comes to revenge Jake's got another thing coming.
