This story is about The Giggler's past years. William Leighton Jr., also known as Billy Leighton, once served in the Robloxian Army during the Gulf War and the Somali Civil War. He is from one of the wealthiest families in Robloxia, and is the son of a Robloxian Senator and the nephew of a Robloxian Prime Minister. This story will tell how Billy Leighton went from Robloxian soldier to American serial killer. It is a story of crime, corruption, war, and a vengeful family.
