It had been 6 years since Gon and Killua parted their ways to their own journeys. Gon stopped answering Killua after two years. 

In a dangerous journey Gon, Kurapika and his new friend Cho were helping a village deep in a forest that was attacked by an evil spirit. Possessing Cho and sending Kurapika and Gon into a coma for years.

Killua leaves to take the hunter exam that he's always wanted. He wanted to leave the assassin life behind, just like alluka. Though allluka wasn't an assassin. Their parents arent too happy bout it but let them live their lives. Gon has never been outside of whale island and is excited for new adventures and friends...!
