After the events of the first book, a country outside Panem known as Mahjulah which specialises in the most advanced and sophisticated in revival as well as cloning technology known as the Corona System is scheming a new game. Soon, Angela finds herself to not only be revived but also revive her own terrors to relive something even worse than the Hunger Games. On an island with enclosing clouds of toxins and warriors from the dead, will she survive this inhumane test or will she succumb to catching Corona?
