This is either the end or the beginning of Lizzie's journey. According to her "uptight" mom, she goes by Elisabeth. She attends Thomas More College and is the new girl in town. Her parents relocated to Colorado because her mom secured a new job at a different college. On the other hand, her laid-back but irrational dad prefers to keep to himself and enjoys breaking any kind of awkwardness. However, her older sister, Marie, is always preoccupied. She is either studying for paralegal law or spending time with her boyfriend and never has time for Elizabeth. Her parents are trying to force her into a certain path, but all Elizabeth wants is that one thing... From one day to the next, she encountered someone who seemed to turn her life around almost as if her dream was right in front of her eyes... Just one breath away... Could that someone be the one she has been searching for all along?

Some people are lucky and have the most perfect lives, but some of us are like Elizabeth "Liz" Meyers. She's been dealing with school, the lost of her mother, and her abusive dad too long. All Liz wanted was to get a chance to start over. Everyday she wish she could, but that was just a wish that wouldn't be granted. But the day finally comes and she can leave her father. After a turn of events Liz finds herself moving in with the new kid in school that no one can stop talking about and his family. As much as she fights it, she falls for him. She starts believing that her past is now tucked away and she can move forward with her life. But just as things seem to be going right someone from her past makes their way back into her life. Liz soon realizes she will have to make a choice. Will she choose her past or her present? Whatever she chooses, it will change her life forever. This has to be the hardest things Liz has ever had to do... Edited by: Meaganwinnie
