If a man were given the power of God could he pull two races together? If there were any man to do it, it would be Kratz. 

Deep in the fifteen hundreds the Leponese, a race born with telekinetic powers, are enslaved by the Commoners. While Leponese are born with powers, Commoners are not. Instead they keep the enslaved people in check by training stolen Leponese baby's. When the children grow old they are loyal only to the Commoners. 

In times of war and loss, there is justice. Kratz attempts to unearth his own reasons for justice as he acts more frequently on his powers. Eventually allowing them to take over. As Kratz tries to find himself in love and loss he also commits himself to another task. Perhaps the biggest task of all.
