16 year old Celestia finds her life too normal and boring with pressure building up at home. Then she slips into a realm of Gems, where she is not supposed to be but a feeling of belonging tugs at her, making her go against a dark-eyed mystery guy. Is that the only puzzle down her road or is there a secret story wrapped up in time making the entire life she thinks she's been living, a lie? 

A few others get irrelevantly caught in between and then there's this war, that she wasn't a part of, revolving around a past, that isn't hers. Her entire existence is redefined as she discovers herself to face a battle for the people she thinks she just met but little does she know that she had known them all her life.
