What better way to do this than a field trip to Gotham? Damian, the bloodson and heir to both the Cowl and the Demon's Head, wants nothing to do with the French Class who has won the Wayne Enterprises Summer Internship, yet his father insists he needs better interpersonal skills. He supposes it won't kill him to try to work with this supposedly skilled class president if it means that everyone will get off his back for being 'aggressively asocial' (although he will still keep NDAs on standby). A seal of fate, a blood right, and a hidden prophecy lead Marinette and Damian on a rollercoaster of emotions, humourous misunderstandings, and comeuppance -- and marriage?! ___ Basically my attempt at a soulmate AU, full of just about every Damianette cliche and trope I can think of. After winning a trip to Gotham, Marinette gained more than she lost after Lila came taking some of her friends. A Jasonette fanfic because it's my favorite Maribat ship. Dedicated to my dog who recently passed. I can't count all the times he was cuddling with me as I wrote or listened to me ramble about these two fandoms. Love you Rascal.
