A Mysterious portal opens up near a city in Mainland England, and what can only be described as fantasy creatures, begin to dear down the city. The assault is driven back, a multi national force is assembled, and venture through the portal. What they see on the other side however, is yet to be seen.

I'm writing this story based on the Anime, I never read the manga or the novel. Despite the title, the story introduces a vast expansion in the world and lore of gate as well as changes, but everything remains true to the Gate formula. At first It was supposed to be only a Gate X Marine fanfic but over time it developed into an alternative plot line diverging from the original so don't be surprised why the first season strictly sticks to canon.
