5 years ago, laws were put in place making it illegal to own a Neko and anyone caught owning one, would go to jail. Since then many people have been caught owning a Neko, but a lot of the time if someone's close to being caught they'll abandon the Neko in a different city.
Virgil (16) is a Neko who was abused by his owners and hasn't been outside at all in the last 5 years and knows nothing of the laws that were made. One day, when his owners almost get caught, they abandon him in a nearby city during a snowstorm.
What happens when someone finds him passed out in the snow?

The House Across The Street *COMPLETED*
Logan and Patton are the parents of the adopted 3 year old twins Remus and Roman. Dean (Deceit) is a single father of adopted 3 year old Virgil, who just moved in to the house across the street. Virgil, though only 3, deals with extreme anxiety, he's a slow learner so he doesn't talk very much and rarely, if not ever, leaves Dean's side and has developed trust issues and PTSD due to the incident that caused them to move in the first place. Unfortunately due to the new circumstances, Dean now has to work so that they can afford to live and is unable to afford for Virgil to go to daycare. Since Patton is a stay at home dad and was very friendly the first time meeting, Dean puts Virgil in his care also hoping that it will help Virgil with his social skills and being around other kids his age.
