The society is divided into 5 factions, each dedicated to cultivate a particular virtue. Candor ( the honest ), Abnegation ( the selfless ), Dauntless ( the brave ), Amity ( the peaceful), Erudite ( the intelligent ). On an appointed day of every year, all sixteen year olds must select the faction to which they will devote the rest of their lives. For Eren, the decision is between staying with his family and being who he really is and he cant have both. So he makes a choice that surprises everyone, including himself.

A Divergent fanficion In this fanfiction, Tris and Tobias meet in Abnegation.
