When you're done, you can just get rid of her, like I do with my humans." What the fuck? For a brief moment my fear is replaced by anger. Who do they think they are, talking about me like I'm some kind of wild animal? "Get the fuck away from me! You freaks!" I screech. The first soldier just flashes an evil grin. They don't budge. This is the story I'm writing for NaNoWriMo 2015. The goal: 50,000 word RAW draft written entirely in the month of November. Unlike most of my stories, which I prefer to edit before posting, I'm actually going to post updates to this at the end of each day in chapter-sized chunks. The idea behind this story is that a terrorist attack in the near future causes the US to go hyper-isolationist, to the point that it abandons Hawaii and Alaska to fend for themselves. They do, forming the United Pacific States (maybe with a few other island countries). Hawaii then goes on to turn itself into the new world police with stealthy, genetically modified cyber-soldiers. I'm marking this story as mature because there will be action scenes, and probably some interesting perspectives on nudity and relationships. I'm not planning on anything explicit, but this won't be a kids book. Validated winner at 50,040 words!

The technology has progressed rather far along with the lifestyle of humans.....until a disaster struck. A famous technology company had the intent of creating a teleportation device allowing them to travel to the other side of the plant in a matter of seconds. The initial test seemed to be going rather well with multiple people easily going through it but an unseen electric surge changed everything. The portal started to go out of control causing one of them to exploded while the other one started to suck in everything around it. As one of the individuals was sucked through the portal, his body was reverted to that of a newborn child with all of his memories intact. After exiting the portal and landing safely in a thick forest, he saw that he was in the dead of night. Scared and confusion filled him as he had no idea where he was but what came the next morning utterly shocked him. After falling asleep upon arriving, he woke up and found himself in an odd house that he didn't recognize. As he tried to figure out where he is, the door opened as who entered was a woman with long dark hair......and a set or rather long bunny ears. Not only this, there were two other small infants sleeping next to him with one of them clinging to him. What is this world? Who are these people and what are they? Are there any other humans out there besides him? The answer lies with the passage of time.
