Academy City is under attack, and the top Espers of the world are coming together to stop the attack. The following people come together in Academy City, to stop the threat. Kamijou Touma, Mikoto Misaka, Accelerator, Gunha, Kuroko Shirai, Kururugi Kaname, Aleister Crowley, Styl Magnus, Kanzaki Kaori, Index Librorum Prohibitorum, other students of Tokiwadai middle school and the close friends of Mikoto Misaka as well as the close friends of Kamijou Touma.
