How will this unforeseen event build and destroy bridges that were once thought to be unbreakable, and those that were thought to be permanently broken. (All Events take place as John is returning to Wellston and he begins to realize that Seraphina is hiding things from him, however, John has not made any attempt yet to join the Safe House and the clubs trip is still in the planning phase.) Then, he gets wind that his cousin has enrolled as a cripple, and has successfully befriended the second-most powerful student in the school: Seraphina. Urging John to reveal his power and help him break the distance, he does everything in his power to bring John, not into the hierarchy, but to accept himself and his past. But what happens when the jack, Arlo, overhears their discussion? Will John become the Joker? Or will he accept his power with the help of his cousin? That's for me to know, and you to find out. Ember discharges Vulcan in favor of someone stronger and easily untraceable compared to Vulcan. What they come up with is much more deadly and scarier.
