**Book 1.5 in the Bally Bloodline Series**

Emma Stacy is a Ravenclaw part of a prestigious pureblood family (whom she dislikes greatly). Sirius Black is a Gryffindor part of a prestigious pureblood family (whom he dislikes greatly).

They hate each other.

But the effect of a singular howler sends them both to almost breaking point, key word 'almost'. But halfway through the word 'brute' is when Emma was pushed way over that breaking point. Maybe it was for Sirius too, but no one's really sure. Next thing poor Emma knew, she seemed to be going crazy for him.

She went from being mad at him, to being mad about him. And that was really only the beginning.

"I didn't mean to break it I was just having a look
Oh, I know I shouldn't touch, I should have never picked it up
But even though you're poison, babe, I wouldn't even hesitate"

"Merry meet. I am Cordelia of the Most Inbreded and Snobbish House of Rosier." Contrary to popular belief, Sirius Black wasn't the biggest disgrace. No, that title rightfully belonged to Cordelia Rosier. (Secretly, of course). ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ In the Rosier household, words such as 'blood-traitor' and 'muggle-lover' is spat on with hatred. There is no bigger betrayal than thinking that the 'mud-bloods' are worth having magic. By the age of seven, Cordelia Rosier was quite sure that she was one of the blood-traitors that her family detests. Don't get her wrong, she loves her family with all her heart, soul and being and she wouldn't trade her parents and older brother for anything in the world, but there are just a few things that she doesn't necessarily agree on with them. Opinions on blood-purity happen to be one of them. That doesn't mean she'll admit to them about it though. Like she mentioned, she loves her family and she doesn't want to disappoint them. But there is no reason she can't do both, right? Surely, there must be some way that she doesn't have to make it publicly known about her thoughts on blood-purity while still keeping true to her personal beliefs, right? When Cordelia met Sirius Black one evening, there couldn't have been two children who became faster friends. Join Cordelia as she navigates through school and life in general, discovering the true meaning of deception as she plays a game of 'blood-traitor, 'blood-traitor not' with everybody and realises the difference between 'want to' and 'have to' But that all comes much later. After all, she's currently only a first-year, and right now, there are more important things to worry about like classes, homework and why somebody is trying to kill all the Hufflepuffs. BITTER ARE THE WARS BETWEEN BROTHERS, and damaged is the sister caught between them. Cassiopeia Black was many things - the sister of boys who've forgotten her, a quidditch captain, a fierce fighter. But, above all, she was a Black and that came before everything else. The infamous House of Black is intricate and dangerous - hate has always been more common than love. But that all changed between the Black kids. Sirius, Cassiopeia and Regulus broke the cycle of hostility in their family as they grew up. At least, that's what Cassy thought until her older brother Sirius and her twin Regulus started shutting her out. On top of her family difficulties, Cassy is still a teenager and she must also manage the everyday pressures of being a student at Hogwarts: leading her Quidditch team to victory, maintaining her grades, and sifting through complicated emotions and friendships. However, for many years now a war has been brewing and as it reaches its peak, Cassy needs to decide between doing the right thing and doing the thing that keeps her brothers alive. Loyalty is a double-edged sword because, at the end of the day, the real side she's on is her own.
