The hospital lights are off, but somebody is home...

Picking up her friend's husband from the hospital isn't exactly Briar's idea of a fun Friday outing, not that she could've predicted what was going to happen. What should've been a quick trip goes right to hell as the hospital is invaded by the infamous Horror, Eyeless Jack. A demonic surgeon with a hunger for human organs, he is cunning, brutal, and furious.

No one has ever survived him, but Eyeless Jack gives her a chance: If she can last until rescue comes, he will let her live. The odds are against her, but she has no choice. She cannot die here, cannot end up like one of the many corpses lining the halls of the hospital. So she runs... and she fights.

Can Briar survive until help comes? Is Eyeless Jack sincere, or just playing with her head? Who is the Horror in the suit helping her? And if she does survive... Will she be the same woman she was before?
