The Kettle Carnival has been the most loved event in the little town of Springdale, Arkansas, for years. After a rough and bittersweet move from Ohio, Rue, December, and Jaxson search for ways to brighten themselves and stumble upon a strange miracle - the carnival itself, open early in October. Their first stop is the fun house. A mirror maze greets them with disturbing whispers of what claim to be the past; a rolling hallway which is home to a girl in a red dress...It was all fun and games until the "fun" house turned into a haunted one.
