After Fugo's return at the Colosseum allows a narrow escape with the arrow, the team heads for a safe house in the Italian countryside to lie low. Their hope of a few days of quiet, however, are dashed when a mysterious stand attack leaves them stuck in the wrong bodies. While Mista and Trish navigate the consequences of some recent questionable choices on their relationship with Giorno, the sudden change of perspective leaves Abbacchio fighting the pull of his long-time, hopeless feelings for the capo while staring his own self-destructive tendencies in the face. Bucciarati finds himself wavering in his conviction not to let what he tells himself is an inconvenient crush overturn both his closest relationship and the stability Abbacchio has found with Passione. But as the two deal with their long-repressed feelings, they are unaware that the danger of the stand attack is far from over - and the shadowy opponent behind it will force them to face who they are and what they are willing to sacrifice for the arrow.
