Learning to Trust Again

Thalia Locke is an ordinary girl living a hellish life. Her parents are almost never around, the pair either gone on business trips for work, or wasting away their hard earned money at the nearest bar. Things got worse when her younger brother was born, her parents leaving her to take care of the little boy all on her own. Things got even worse once the world began to end.

After a heartbreaking tragedy, a traumatizing experience, and an encounter with a group in the woods, Thalia is left with a horrifying decision. Is she going to go with these people and open up to them? Or is she going to let her past consume her, and continue to try to survive the end of the world all on her own?
