After the battle at the end of Blood of Olympus, Nico decides to stay at Camp Half Blood, at least, for now. However, that doesn't mean he's changed. There's still no one who could possibly understand him. Well, Will has been especially irritating lately, but what can be done about that? Nico soon realizes that even though the battle with Gaea has ended, he still has battles of his own to face. As determined as he is to face these trials alone, some burdens aren't meant for only one person to bear . . .

Percy finds out about Nico's crush earlier than planned. And it's on neither of their terms. Until Percy gives him some good advice. Advice Nico takes to heart. But a demigod's life is never easy, and with a new prophecy and a new quest even darker forces are looming over the horizon, threatening to destroy the sunshine that Nico and another half-blood we all thought was gone have finally found. Placed during very beginning of Blood of Olympus/ between House of Hades and Blood of Olympus at the beginning. Then it switches to the end of Blood of Olympus. This is a solangelo story line. If you have not read Blood of Olympus, or do not ship solangelo, then I kindly ask you to reconsider your life choices. And then go do those things. I tried to stay true to the characters, I really truly did. If you're reading and you think I did something wrong, please let me know (but. you know. kindly.). This is also still a first draft, so you know, it's not perfect. All rights go to Rick Riordan the troll who stoll (geddit?) my life.
