There exists an urban legend, where you can call out a hitman. He can kill anyone you desired to see dead, with no possibility of the crime being traced back to you. For all you need to do, is leave a message for "Min Yoongi" under a certain bench at a certain park.

Later, a man in black suits with cold, dark eyes will meet you and confirm the target. For you will not be able to change your requests afterward as the event unfolded of your miserable desire to be executed.

Witnessing the death of these victims, Kim Namjoon, as a detective decided to take on this case. He couldn't turn a blind eye at the false execution this man brings upon the people. Namjoon believes he can catch the man with his strong sense of justice. Will his sense of justice brings out the right judgment? Or leads him to the doom of what's uncalled for?
