Haymitch Abernathy has been chosen for the Capitol's annual Hunger Games. Except this year, it's not just any Hunger Games. This year it's the second Quarter Quell, so these Games will follow a new rule that will make them even more unbearable - for the tributes and their districts, of course. This year the Capitol's people will be on the edge of their seats with excitement to hear the new ruling, to see the new tributes, to watch the bloodshed and the murder that is the Games.
