Pink Diamond is ready to sacrifice it all to become Rose Quartz- and change the history of gemkind forever, with the great Gem War.
Now see how one Diamond broke her mold- and upended history in the process.

     
This is the telling the story of Pink Diamond's creation, her relationship with the diamonds, how she inherited the Earth, and came to the decision to leave that entire life behind to become Rose Quartz- forever.
This will be an extremely ambitious project considering this story spans thousands of years, but I hope to do it justice. I want to do something unique with the storytelling, I hope you guys like it. I will try to be as close to canon as I can, and make educated guesses where necessary.
This will, of course, feature the origin story of the Crystal Gems :)
