Twilight Summers despises Tovar White, the current ruler of the once-was-United-States now known as Oona. 'The Weapon' is what they call it and just like Twilight, Tovar will do anything and everything in his power to get his hands on it. 

Twilight must face the truth of her parents' past, her oncoming future, and all together walk the trials of her beliefs. Can she make this journey without any faith in her new friends? Or will not only Tovar White beat her down, but all the while will her lack of trust bring her closer to the edge of her very own destruction?
