During a mission gone wrong,  Sam Wilson is captured by HYDRA. He quickly learns that they plan to make him their newest Asset, the final product of "Project Mercury".  Can Sam escape HYDRA's clutches before they turn him into simply another Asset? And if he does, will he ever be able to recover from what he suffered at the hands of his captors?
