“The kingdom of Duskenspyre was a vast land full of towns and villages of every sort, as different from each other as the sky is from the sea. But even in this world of so many differences, they all held one common similarity. All corners of the realm knew of Princess Ravynellea’s tragedy.”

It’s been a year since Princess Ravyn, eldest daughter of King Grimsyde, fell down the staircase and left all memories but her name on the top step. But even after all this time, she still has no idea who she is—who she was. To make matters worse, she’s been confined to the castle ever since and she’s engaged to someone she doesn’t even know.

Then Ravyn discovers a clue about her past. And she gets thrust into a world of danger, high stakes, and, most importantly, freedom.

{COMPLETED} The stars disappeared seventeen years ago. A black night sky has mirrored a bleak existence for the people of Auros. The Gifted, humans with unique abilities to affect the world around them, have all but become extinct thanks to the dark reign of a usurper. And somehow Zephyr Elvy has managed to live her nineteen years in the blissful quiet of a small town next to the sea. Zephyr has always been content to keep to herself, and happy to live a simple, if uneventful, life. If only the universe had that in mind for her. Forced to flee the only place she has ever called home, Zephyr finds herself running through a world she has only ever read about, along with two soldiers who have deserted their posts to keep their consciences clean. With only a letter and a mysterious weapon as clues to why she's being hunted, Zephyr must face her own fears while discovering a whole new world of terrors at the hands of a queen she knows next to nothing about. Having never risked anything her entire life, Zephyr is forced to choose between apathy or action, hiding and keeping to herself, as she has always done, or taking a leap that could change the world she is just now getting to see. ***** Thank you SO MUCH for reading! I'm updating every Monday until this story is done, and I've been sitting on this one for almost three years so I'm really excited to finish it! I don't have any beta readers for this as I write, so please let me know if you notice anything, and I mean ANYTHING, that needs fixing! :)

PS: Before proceeding to this story, I recommend to read first the Twisted Fate of the Knight for a better understanding of the following plot because there will be many flashbacks, backstories, or plots that will be highlighted but I will not elaborate it here since this is a sequel of Avy when she got back to her world. This story will be focusing on her original self so don't be confused wherein she remembers what happened to her in the novel even after the mysterious spectator of the novel erased her memories but as the day goes by she slowly remembers her memories as she felt so lost and that something is missing in her life. Until one day, she suddenly saw the mysterious spectator in the form of a child in front of her but still, she can't see his whole face smiling at her. "Are you really sure that you like to go back?"
