When a garden is tended and cared for, it grows and blossoms into something beautiful, but leave it open for the weeds and vines to crawl on, pests would start to invade and its beauty would begin to fade.
But sometimes, it is within veils and ruins that beauty strives. Where the purest and most true are formed, where the real essence of beauty and what lies within it could be found. Like the butterfly that grows in an alcove in the forest, its process of being mold into something beautiful unseen, or the pecker and its nest on a forgotten tree, left for the eyes to only see the flap of wings leading it to a hunt to find food for its nestlings. On the time between the gloom and daybreak, where some eyes are still shut and minds wander off in dreams.
Maybe it is on the unseen that beauty thrives. Maybe we need to look more deeper and see what ruins could bring, what the natural elements of the world could shape into. That the meaning of perfection is a sham. That the most exquisite and lovely things are veiled on little trails of the most ordinary things. And what comes out of it is where genuine beauty truly exists.
