Mia Sivalgio's family left their family-owned restaurant in Wisconsin to open another in Kentucky. They move next door to Brice Kettergan to town's supposed bad boy, but he doesn't seem bad to Mia. Her new friend Emma warns her about Brice, but she doesn't see any need for a warning. How could the boy that plays guitar in a treehouse at midnight be such a bad person? She doesn't think he's a bad person, especially not after she gets to know him in the treehouse almost every night. Then school starts, and everything that had become normal changes. Appearances truly can be deceiving. Cover by @JordanBurns1 Highest rankings 39 in badboynextdoor 6/3/20 37 in workinprogress 6/8/20

Allie was your Grade A typical Tom-boy who hid her crush on her neighbor, best friend, and mostly hero Michael James. He was a mama's boy through and through but only problem was his mom thought Allie was trash. Allie would never be good enough merely because of her station in life. Michael James broke only one rule of his mother's, he refused to give up his friendship with Allie. That didn't mean his mom didn't mettle. Despite their constant neighborly challenges as well as the teen years their friendship survived year after year. Allie thought she was forever destined to be in the friend zone until their unbreakable bond was put to the test one night when they showed how deeply they loved one another. That one night was a catalyst that changed the course of their friendship from love.....to HATE. Will she ever forgive him for how he treated her after? More importantly can he forgive her for her secret? Will they ever be friends again? Lovers?
