From the other side of the fence, a thunderous explosion shook the city. I gaped at the thick black smoke cloud that rose far off in the distance. Looking back down at the boy, I was met with a pair of emerald eyes staring up at me. I withdrew my hand, realizing that I was still touching him. “Who are you?” I asked.
Then the sirens stopped, and absolute silence fell upon the colony.

I look into the blue eyes of my best friend and it feels like staring down a stranger. They are familiar and foreign all in the same moment, glossy and pleading. The dimly lit street allows only enough light to cast glimmers on our faces and subtle shadows on the ground. It's raining but I've hardly noticed; all I see is him. "Megan please don't go," he says desperately. "I-I'm sorry." A tear falls steadily down my cheek. I don't want to go but I have to be strong for myself. I run forward and wrap my arms around him in a hug. "I love you Niall," I say near his ear, "I just don't like the person you've become." I hold back a sob, "When my best friend comes back tell him to find me." I don't say another word I just go, leaving him all alone in the dark street...Completa

I woke up on a piece of driftwood cold and wet but alive. My head hurt I hissed in pain and looked around there were boys around me fifteen to be precise. I heard whispers come from all around me. Then a boy walked up everyone moved out of their way clearly the leader I got up. Who are you? The boy asked with a slight British accent. Only slightly though almost like it wasn't there. Amelia. Blade's eyes turned cold. Like a dark colored ocean that just froze. He took a frightening step forward so now his face was only inches from my face, even with his height, making my breath hitch in my throat. I could no longer breath. No longer see people repeatedly walking past my house. No longer hear those birds in the tree that were begging me to run. I could only see his dark blue eyes that held so much danger and anger. I could only hear his rapid breathing and even his fast heartbeat. I was just that dazed into his stare.... more like glare. "Is there someone else?" he said so low no one could hear but me. And I heard him. So clearly. I heard the threat telling me to say yes for he can make whoever the competition is disappear. I heard the anger he held behind his low tone. I heard the jealousy beyond anything. That was what clouded over everything. "N-no," I stuttered. I'm angry to admit I was scared. How he towered over me didn't make it any better. Standing proudly at maybe a 6'4 or 6'5. While I stood at a 5'5. He scanned my face trying to look for any sign of me lying. And when he backed up I knew he couldn't find one because what I said was indeed true. To be honest there was only him. And it seems like that is what it will always be. Two people are standing in the rain. The rain was pouring heavily on them but no one was breaking their eye contact. One was crying so much silently . His tears were mixing with the rain. The other was standing with an expressionless face. "Why are you doing this suddenly?" Xiao zhan asked. While more tears run down his eyes. ".............." "Was i not your first love?" Xiao zhan asked again. This time the person in front of him answered. " It is what it is . W-we can't be together"Wang Yibo said with an expressionless face. His right fist was clenched so tightly that his knuckles were white. Without saying anything more. Yibo turned around and got inside his car. He started his car and drove away from there. Xiao zhan started to run behind him calling him name repeatedly. "Yibo. Yibo. Please stop , yibo. Don't leave like that. WANG YIBOOOO. Ughhh" xiao zhan shout the last part. He was running behind wang yibo's car and calling him but at last he stumbled upon his foot and fall on the concrete road. His knees were bruised but he could care less. He started to cry more loudly, sitting in the rain. Blood was coming out from his bruised knees but the pain that he is feeling in his heart is more than his knees. "Why god ? Why? What sin did i do to get this kind of luck?" He said more tears came out of his eyes. "Am i so unlucky that I can't even keep the only person whom i thought my everything to myself?" He shouted looking at the sky. He lay there on the cold ground crying his heart out on that rainy night . But there was no one to take care of him or to tell him that everything is okay. There was no one to tell him that it was just a nightmare. It is not true. Everything is okay. Because this is reality. This is the truth that the love of his life leaves him alone in this world just like everyone in his life. this story is fully based on my imagination and it has nothing to do with reality. The boy who was trying to help this poor soul had approached a few paces. His voice was now quieter, more soft, and still caring. The boy at the bridge took a moment to think, then nodded his approval. The savior gently took the boy's hands delicately in his own and gently pulled the boy back. Well, less of a pull and more of a gentle suggestion. It worked and the boy stumbled down off of the edge. The boy started to cry. How could he be so weak that a boy, the same age as him, who seemed to have the same ideas and hatred toward himself as he, could keep him from stepping off? The other simply gently led him to his vehicle and took out a water bottle out of the backseat. The boy took it and looked at it suspiciously. "It's untampered, look, it's still sealed." Upon seeing this, the boy opened it and took a few sips of water. "Thank you. For the water." The savior smiled. "It's nothing much." He shrugged. "Have a phone? Seungmin's eyes watered more and more, as he finally could escape Jeongin's grip that had been holding him and run to Chan, hugging him tightly while his hands fisted the t-shirt the other was wearing, as he kept sobbing with his face buried in the older's neck until two arms finally wrapped around his shoulders, and a lot of 'I'm sorry' were the only voice he could hear.

He once told me no one knows the real him.I didn't think he meant it, and not in a good way. He is a straight A student, and everyone knows it, not to mention he is on the swim team. I feel uneasy under his gaze, and i feel his eyes burning a hole in the side of my face. "No, I won't explain because it's not important." He says in a low, almost, growl. I flinch and look back into his eyes. I feel hurt by his words and I don't know why, but I know he sees it in my eyes. His faces flashes with regret but it's quickly covered up with his faces going back to it's hard cold look. I feel my heart stop and my face go pale. His look terrified me making me hold my breath. "Breath." He orders. I start to breathe again and just blink at him. "Now go." He orders me again. I flinch involuntarily at his tone and jump back slightly. "Please don't let me walk home alone." I beg in a quiet voice, looking down at my feet. The next thing I see are his black combat boots right in front of my shoes. I look up into his eyes and he looks down into mine confusion written all over his face. "How come you aren't running yet?" He questions searching my eyes. "I just can't walk home alone, please I'm scared." I hear him chuckle. "You aren't afraid of me? What can possibly be scarier than me?" He asks. "Well, I know you will keep me safe." "Why is that?"
