Cole Washington isn't really like other 16 year olds from Tennessee. From the outside he seems like a pretty standard jock that most people wouldn't think of differently. Cole on the other hand loves art, his family and most importantly football. But there's one slight dilemma, Cole's kinda very gay and growing up in a conservative town that tends to be homophobic doesn't really help the fact that he wants to just be a normal kid who doesn't stand out. So what will Cole do when love crosses his path and he will need to decide his priorities? Growing up a gay teen in the American south isn't easy in the first place so what adventures will Cole find himself in when it comes to love, friends and football.
