Tsugumi is a 15 year old girl homeschooled due to her uncontrollable quirk. Set on revenge for her brother she refuses to be referred to as a loser and slowly climbs her way to the top of the hero ladder, though on her way she experiences difficulties with teenage feeling with some of the A1 boys, emotional issues on heroism, and overcoming her fear of her quirk. She always has a smile and prosperous attitude each chapter.
