I can't wait to plan all the amazing, adventurous dates with him, to make him feel special this time-just like he did for me. I'm eager to get to know him all over again. That's when I hear mumbling. "Hmm?" I ask, not hearing him properly. "No. I'm sorry, but I'm not interested. I had a great time today, Anu, but I don't see you that way. I'll have to decline." I can hear my heart breaking. Funny, isn't it? All your life, you think: Okay, this will be my last heartbreak. This guy will be the one. He's going to make it all worth it. And then, suddenly, life throws another failed attempt at love into your bucket. If I can manage to get rejected by my husband of three years, then there probably isn't any hope for me. . . Anu had everything-power, success, and a love so deep it felt unshakable. Three years of marital bliss with Ashwin, the man who was her home, her heart, her forever. The life of the princess from Aphrodite Kingdom. A year has passed. They have been running around and have ended up 3,863 miles from home now. The princess was running fast through the pouring rain trying to get away from him. Her muscles ached but she continued. She looked back thinking she had lost him until she bumped into something. It was him. They stood there, just staring at each other. The princess could tell the prince was injured because he stumbled toward her. He dropped his sword, "wha- what are you doing *prince name*?" he gave a slight smirk but also winced in pain. "You win princess, you were always going to". She stood there trying to process the words that he just spoke and what had just happened. "You heard me princess, now's your chance to finally end it all." The princess got her dagger and aimed it at his heart, he stood there, accepting his fate. "I love you *princess name*, my princess" as he said those words... guess you'll have to read to find out 😉 (sorry if the chapters are short, I wrote them all in google docs so each part is one full page on google docs.
