"Seems like I've died and gotten to Elysium." The concept of soulmates in the wizarding world was one that had been present for a long time though few were the ones fortunate enough to find their own dear person. It is a forgotten concept, seems like nothing more than a fairytale to some, the dreams of children and immature adults who still believe in true love. Iris, being a muggle herself, was hardly even aware of the wizarding world, never mind its tales and lores, so the idea of a soulmate is one she doesn't believe in but finds intriguing still after reading about it. Until she meets George. Living with a person who understands you completely and is willing to love you for all you are truly feels like a dream come true. George has never felt luckier and with Iris by his side, even the abandoned tale of the soulmates seems possible when he thinks he could be experiencing his own personal paradise. NOTES: Anything but the plot, Iris and her family belongs to JK Rowling.
