After her parents died, Marjorie Kenton finds out that she's not actually their child, and she doesn't belong in that world either. She was left with one blue diamond necklace, a map that led to an island, and a piece of paper that told her about her real parents' name. The Zetians.

That necklace, opens a door towards a new world, where she was saved by the second in command of the guardians--Kastian Beringer--that's intensely hot and charming. Him and the rest of his 'vampire' guardians, taught her the history of that new world only to find out that her real parents were the previous king and queen before the biggest war of the century broke out, leading to the disappearance of her parents.

She might only have two options now, leading an uprising as the last Zetian to save her parents, or find them dead somewhere in the land.
