Joyce and her brother Cayden no practically nothing about their past, or father. They live alone in a village on the bottom of Mt. Corduroy. They live with their over-protective mom, who doesn't let them go out alone, but even then they can only go so far from home.
No one understands whats going on, with more watches on the mountain, and larger squadrons, everyone's on edge, because everyone knows somethings coming, and everyone agrees; it's nothing good.
