What's it like? Being the only person like you- and no, I don't mean the "Everyone's unique!" 
I mean, this girl is the only of her species. 
Sakura is a unicorn, prodigy, and being hunted. Her mother was murdered when she was young, but what REALLY happened?

Sakura smiled at seeing a familiar face. "What are you doing here?"  

He chuckled nervously, rubbing the back of his neck with one hand, and putting the other in his pocket, "I might have been running in the halls looking for uh... someone."

Sakura lets out a sigh, "Oh good I'm not the only one." She smiled sweetly, catching onto who he was looking for, and quickly wondered why he seemed so much more nervous than earlier and why he seemed to be staring at her eyes without blinking. Maybe they were both blinking at the same time? That was relatively unlikely, but not impossible.

She sighed, assuming what was going to happen. "What did you want to talk about?" She asks slowly, nervous that he might hate her if he knew too much.

Hisashi looked at her in surprise, but slowly sat down in the seat next to her, seemingly never breaking eye contact. "I was uh," he looked away only for a moment to see if anyone was listening, upon confirmation they were alone, he continued in a hushed voice, "your eyes, they um... you aren't human, are you?"

"Who's out there?" One of the men yelled. Of course only silence met them. I remained quiet and waited for the group to start moving again. "Maybe it was just an animal." Someone whispered. The person, who I assumed was the captain of the small squad, signaled for them to walk again. They clearly showed fear as they kept going; brandishing their weapons to guard themselves with. "Two are holding lanterns. I'll tell you when you're too close to them." I heard my friend whisper in my ear. I followed the men as I picked up another branch and waited for the right time to break it. They continued to walk through the forest, turning their heads in every direction as if an animal might lunge at them and rip their throats out. I guess in a way I was going to do that. "Go back a few feet." My friend whispered. I carefully distanced myself from the group and waited. "Where is she?" I quickly snapped the stick as soon as he finished asking the question. They stopped and two soldiers raised their lanterns to shine its light in the darkness. I quickly hid behind a tree before both of them turned where I was. A low frustrated growl came from one of the men, "The girl's playing with us. She's out here following our every move." How paranoia can cloud the mind. At nine years old, Silver decided to leave her village for the forest. Since then, she's been hunted; everyday is a fight for her life, every breath she takes could be her last, but she's determined to stay alive. Her life isn't the kind anyone would want to live but she's managed to survive this long so, what's a few more years?

Kakashi murmured, Naruto grabbed Sasuke's arms and pinned them to his sides. Everyone knew Sasuke was about to act irrationally. Sasuke was wordless, he didn't know what to do. His mind raced. They couldn't catch up to Karin? They couldn't save her? He knew there was something they weren't telling him. "What the fuck.... you told me she was safe in this damn village!" Sasuke yelled. He pulled against Naruto, trying to free himself. "You told me to trust you damn it!" "Naruto..." Kakashi murmured. "I'm sorry Sasuke..." He mumbled from behind him. The last thing Sasuke remembered was Naruto hitting the back of his neck. So I guess this is how Sakura felt... ------- Uchiha Burden is a spin off from Chidori Heart. 'I told you, it's probably nothing.' Scarlett hid her head behind the trashcan and took off her backpack. There she reached for her collapsible sword. As her mother was on her last dying breathe she simply handed her an old notebook she had have for years. It was her dairy and it held all the information about her father and about her. But her mother put a jutsu on the book were s he was only able to turn to the next page once she completes the task her mother gave to her. First Task: Go to her birth place. The Hidden Leaf Village.

Kakashi hates the leaf. Literally all of the leaf. He hates tsunade for the way she treats Sakura, he hates the villagers for what they do to Naruto, he especially hates, the council, danzo and Orochimaru for what they did to Sasuke and his clan. But most of all he hates the leaf because it took everything from him. He wasn't about to sit back and watch it happen a second time.

The crunching of dry leaves under my feet alert me so I cast my eyes to the floor and watch as I step on each individual leaf and dry twig, enjoying the snapping sounds that echo through the near silent forest. Gnarly roots dip into ground and twisted branches reach down, fingers grasping the air, as if reaching for me and I shiver, thinking of my father. I cast my eyes up to think of something else and instantly calm as another puff of breeze rustles the leaves on the trees and ground gently. I look ahead and notice the steady thinning of the old trees and run towards it, loving the feeling of the air in my air and clothes. I spot what I think is light dancing on waters surface and sprint for it. Then I break through the trees, making it to the lake.
