The Imperial Chronicles: Augustus

Augustus is a simple boy whose mother is an alchemist in a small town in the Holy Empire. After being given a chance to learn magic, he strives his hardest in order to get into a prestigious university and learn to become as great as the mages of old. Life has other plans, however, as he has everything taken away from him while he tries to survive in a world of magic, war, and intrigue.
