The prompt for this story came from @Virgil2007.

This is an AU where nothing is as it seems. The Darksiders have changed for good, they no longer represent what they used to. They now represent.....The light sides. That would mean the light sides represent the Darksiders now.  They switched places with their opposite in my opinion which would be:
Patton changed to Virgil
Logan changed to Janus
Roman changed to Remus

Through the reveal of Remus, things between the sides have changed. Logan's advice to Thomas has been taken up by Virgil, talking to Patton and learning to grow as a side. All seemed to be going smoothly until Remus tells Roman something not so true ,and with a new dilemma facing Thomas, the sides are busting out the seems of their foundation to try and keep things together. But with a fallout between the repressed and furious feelings eating away at Virgil and Roman, a past that had never seen the light of day, and the wrath of the dark sides ready to break all that was built, the sides have to figure out a way to save all that they have. - #3 on #sanderssides 10-15-19 - I recently got into Sanders Sides and I needed to write a story with Virgil's past ASAP, I hope you enjoy it!
