Daniella Pierce is what you would call "popular". She has many friends, parties, has an amazing boyfriend, and seems to have the perfect life, but no one sees her. No one sees her baggy eyelids, her tear-stained cheeks. No one knows the scary thoughts running through her head at exactly three am, the terrible nightmares following her whenever she goes to sleep. Even after Daniella tried committing suicide, no one sees.
No one except for Ashton.
Ashton is very different from Daniella. He's awkward, quiet, socially suicided. He keeps his friend circle very small and has never kissed a girl. He spends his time reading books, watching Netflix, and comes home every day to a drunk father and a dead-eyed mother. No one sees the depression and purple bruises lingering in his irises.
But Daniella can.
In this story, two totally different people meet and embark on a journey through true love and friendship. Through each other, Daniella and Ashton find the real meaning of happiness, real friendship, and trust. Can Ashton fix the girl who's heart is full of pain? In which, a 15 yr old boy named Ashton, soon turning 16 in the next couple months just wants to live his life without anyone tormenting him. Sadly enough though, his dad and some 3 boys at school have been tormenting him for years on end. But his life gets a bit better once his parents old high school friends come to surprisedly visit them one rainy evening on a Saturday night in 2019, bringing along their 3 kids, Kai, the eldest and Lily and Ivy, the two younger twins always bickering whenever you set eyes on them. Although once in high school and having more friends, his life still wasn't the best as he did still struggle with his dad and those 3 boys tormenting him, as well as struggling with a few disorders - This is a book about my ocs, my two main ones being Ashton and Kai, and some other 4 main ocs, siding with others in the book. This is a romance book, mainly focusing on Ashton and Kai, but also focusing on the others in the book a bit too. This book is filled with lots of ups and downs, including sad moments, happy moments, and plenty of other moments the characters will face.
