If you are a writer in need of plot inspiration, a change of scenery, or even wanna start a whole new story, I've got the thing for you! Here are a TON of writing prompts I have found recently that I thought y'all might like to have easy access to! Enjoy!

30 Days, 30 Stories: A Writing Challenge
This is a 30 day writing challenge, a collection of short stories. I've always been a world class procrastinator. The goal of this challenge is to get me writing regularly and, hopefully, break me of the perfectionist thinking that often paralyses me. The Rules: 1. Write and publish 1 short story (flash fic, vignette) per day for 30 days. 2. Stories must be at least 100 words. 3. They can be of any genre or subject matter. Like a lot of writers I have notebooks lying around full of random story ideas. Most of my older ideas are for novels and screenplays. Been going thru my old ideas and picking out the ones I think lend themselves to the short story format. I'm also working on coming up with NEW ideas that I can use here. Never been good at using prompts, but this is a good opportunity to experiment with those. All the stories here are original works written specifically for this challenge. A Story By Chance
A new adventure awaits to those patient enough. But what about living the book you're reading? What about saving the world? A world? A life? What about learning magic? What about meeting a dragonness and talking mouse? What about dancing in a masquerade held only once every year? What about saving your best friend? And exploring the farthest confines of the Galaxy? Story Ideas!!!
These were just a few ideas I had but didn't know if they were good or not, but wanted to at least show a little bit of what I came up with. Maybe some of these will become full-on stories. Others maybe something that I had trouble with an didn't want to be troubled with. And they could also be bits and pieces of a sequel story. Hopefully you'll like it. WARNING!!! Any images or videos do not belong to me, they belong to their respective creators. There may be foul languages, mature moments, heavy violence, etc!
SmackDown: Back to Our Roots
Our previous two SmackDowns were both massive successes, and it's high time for another. You might remember the last one was heavy on the "game" elements, maybe even too heavy. This time we're going back to the basics and keeping it simple. It's just a motherfuckin' sci-fi SmackDown: a heated writing contest where contestants are given text-, music- and visual-based prompts, and then they need to write a short story around that, following which they're judged for their efforts and either move on to the next round or they get eliminated from the competition. But there's gotta be some kind of twist, right? For this one we're waxing nostalgic, we're looking back into our past. We're going back to our roots.Lengkap
SPOREFALL | ONC 2025
Three months ago, a thick, white powder covered the Earth overnight. Not snow, but spores, hundreds of spores, all from an unknown source. Those that came into contact with the substance became spore-touched: violent, uncaring, every one able to turn into plants hundreds of feet tall and rip apart the world itself. Three months ago, Mya lost her humanity, and with it, everything she knew. Not all at once, but every day is another memory gone, all washed over by new instincts, identities, and wants. In a city slowly being torn apart by the massive vegetation of her new kind, her options either to join their collective, or escape with what remains of herself, her days are spent surviving, and hiding amongst Humans. Humans that will burn her alive the second she's caught. The only thing she has is a water bottle and the goals of her former self, but the likelihood of achieving them in a post-apocalyptic world is bleak enough, and that's if she can still remember them by the end of the week. So when another spore-touched offers to take her to a supposed safe haven, all with the hope that they both can be turned back, she takes it. Not because this new companion seems like the most trustworthy person, not because they can promise to stop her from becoming a monster- She takes it because there's nothing else to choose. Forgotten Tales
This is a novel filled with short stories I've written. I wanted to share them with someone, so what better way than to share them here? The stories go from romance, suspense, action, and adventure as well as other genres. I hope you enjoy these short stories! Will contain ideas of: Mental Health, Suicide, Death, Love, Hate, Loneliness as well as other dark themes that may not be for people who are used to hearing or seeing things like this. 04Lonewolf's Short Stories
This book is essentially just a compilation of all my short stories that I've written over the last couple of years. Story titles with '🏷️' are inspired by a short story prompt or other literary work, whilst ones with '📙' are stories purely from my own imagination. Ones with '🧩' may be an excerpt from a larger story I'm working on, but can still be considered as a short story by itself. Also just letting you know in advance that I wrote quite a few of these when I was younger and they are really bad 😅. Well, even my recent ones aren't the best. All I'm saying is... these are my very rough drafts, so read at your own risk, and please be positive or feel free to (politely) point out any mistakes so I can make them better :) Enjoy!
