Meet Jasper and fallow him throughout his time learning that even if being human has been what his father hoped he would be. In the end a heritage is something one can try and hide from someone, but at some point genetics are often stronger. As Jasper learns to adapt to the world of vision he must also adapt to a world in which creatures like his father are seen as feared and hated beings in society. Can Jasper find his place in this new world that has been torn apart by violence, if so will he fall to the side of humanity or to the darkness that surrounds vampires?
