Being in a dungeon wasn't really that much of a bother when it came to y/n. She got to sleep all the time and was only one door away from her brother. She never got beat or touched by the holy knights because Ban threatened to kill them if she got hurt.
Unlike Ban, y/n wasn't immortal so she could die like a regular human, But she did have more than one life. Like Meliodas, y/n comes back to life but she can only do this 5 times due to not drinking a cup from the fairy's forest. This is why Ban is so protective of her. Ban and y/n dont know who their real parents are, so their full potential is unknown. y/n just has no idea what kind of power she holds.
